Our First Chess Session!💪🏻

We kicked off our first chess class today with a great mix of strategy and competition. We started with a deep dive into the basic rules before putting our brains to the test with some tricky chess puzzles to sharpen our tactics.

Once we were warmed up, the clocks started ticking! We jumped into timed games, which really forced everyone to think on their feet. The best part of the day, though, was our post-game review. We looked back at our moves together to figure out where things went sideways and identified the stronger plays we could have made instead.

It was awesome to see everyone learning from their mistakes and getting a better feel for the board. Can't wait for the next round! 🕒🏁
