Exploring Animal Photography 6/27
Today, our students had the wonderful opportunity to visit the Canon Art Gallery to view a captivating new exhibit featuring photos of cats and other animals by the renowned photographer Mitsuaki Iwago. It was an enriching experience that combined art appreciation with a love for animals.
Our journey began with a train ride, which the students always find exciting. Upon arriving at the gallery, we divided into two groups to explore the exhibits more efficiently. The photographs on display were mesmerizing, capturing the beauty and personality of various animals in stunning detail. The students were particularly delighted by the adorable cat photos, which sparked many smiles and discussions.
As we moved through the gallery, the students had the chance to learn about the photographer's techniques and the stories behind some of the photos. It was a great way to introduce them to the world of photography and the power of visual storytelling.
After thoroughly enjoying the exhibits, we made our way back to school by train. The students were filled with excitement and had plenty to talk about as they reflected on their favorite photos and moments from the trip. Once back at school, we prepared for the end of the day, with everyone eager to share their experiences with their families.
This field trip was a delightful blend of education and inspiration, providing the students with a new perspective on art and nature. We look forward to more such enriching experiences in the future!
