Carving Jack-o'-Lanterns 🎃

In ATLAS the students had a Jack-o'-Lantern carving party!

They had a fun time brainstorming and coming up with creative design for their Jack-o'-Lanterns.

They sketched their ideas onto a pumpkin picture so they could visualize what it would look like.

Next, they began the process of carving out their Jack-o'-Lanterns.

They chose their pumpkin of their choice and were able to weigh them on a scale.

Soon after, they began carving out the inside by taking out the seeds and gutting out their pumpkins.

After cleaning out their pumpkins, they carved out their faces with the assistance from the teachers to help guide and show them since it was their first time.

The students were very happy about their Jack-o'-Lanterns.

They all turned out really well made each enjoying the Halloween activity.

We look forward to your Jack-o'-Lanterns next year!
