ATLAS Gives Summer Festival

On August 26th, we held an ATLAS Gives charity event by holding a Summer Festival. The students had games, art and crafts, and shop stands that they worked at for children and parents to enjoy. The money raised during the festival will be donated to the Pandanon Islands of the Philippines to help them get things that they need like clean water, educational supplies, etc.

The students were split into groups, working at different stands. They each prepared the games' supplies and practiced running the them. They worked verry hard preparing for the festival the past few weeks. They were excited to finally see all of their hardwork payoff and put into practice.

Not only did they have game stands, they also ran craft stands where they could decorate their own hats. The students working the stands had fun, as well as the children who got to play the games and make crafts.

Thanks to everyone's hardwork and effort, the ATLAS Gives Summer Festival charity event was a success. Thank you to everyone who came, who purchased crafts, played games, and to all of the ATLAS students for doing such a great job hosting the event!
