Science project
The lesson began with an introduction to and explanation of the Table of Elements, and how to read the different features of an element.
Elements such as Gold and Silver have symbols that are not expected, we looked at how the words Aurum and Argentum were used for the two elements and the ties they have to Latin.
Students used colors to help familiarize themselves with the different sections of the table of elements, and we had a short discussion about how some of the elements are used in daily life before moving on to the next subject.

We looked more into reptiles, how they're classified in the animal kingdom, and some of the differences between legless lizards and snakes.
We also talked about how reptiles shed all their skin at once compared to humans who shed their skin slowly over time.
