Keith Haring Art Day
atlas_adminFor art this week at ATLAS in Gotanda, the students were told about Keith Haring`s street art.
They were told that his art started in New York City and became quite famous by his colorful cartoon-like designs with a bold outline and lines to show movement.
The students liked how it was simple to draw something that an artist made.
They liked using the bright colors and outlining the picture with a thick black marker to make it pop more.
They knew about Keith Haring and were able to make really well made pieces of art.
They enjoyed the project this week!
