Celebrating Our Reading Challenge Champions!

At Atlas we always know that reading opens up whole new worlds- but this week, it also opened up a trip to the ice cream shop!

To celebrate our dedicated students who successfully completed the Reading Challenge, we decided to reward their hard work with an extra-special sweet treat. The entire group took a fun neighborhood walk to our local Baskin-Robbins to pick out their favorite flavors.

While the ice cream was definitely a hit, the day came with a much bigger takeaway for our young readers: hard work pays off with something sweet.

Setting a goal, staying consistent, and sticking through a challenge isn't always easy, but our students proved that determination leads to rewarding outcomes. We are incredibly proud of each and every student who participated, set reading goals, and saw them through to the finish line.
