ATLAS Study Tour in Cebu, Philippines!

Hello everyone and welcome back to the Tachikawa Atlas blog. Today, we would like to introduce an incredible opportunity that we are opening to students interested in using English during a study abroad trip! Students must be 12 years and older to join.

On March 30th, 2027 to April 5th, 2027 (5 nights, 7 days), we will be holding a study tour to the Philippines. Last year, an event we held called ATLAS Gives raised and donated \315,514 to the children and community of a small island near Cebu called Pandanon Island. Our contribution resulted in a washbasin being created in the only elementary school on the island.

In furthering our ties to the people of the island, we have decided to hold a study tour for our students to see the impact of our contributions and learn more about the culture and history of the island. We will also have an opportunity to do some light volunteering at the elementary school.

Aside from this, tour particpants will be able to experience swimming with whale sharks, learn how to snorkel and see clownfishes, create our own ukuleles, and so much more! Check out the flyer below for more information!
